Terms of service

The Little Bloom Club

By purchasing a membership to The Little Bloom Club, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Club Membership
The Little Bloom Club is a limited handmade jewelry membership. The Christmas Edition is limited to 20 founding memberships.

Each member will receive one exclusive handmade jewelry piece created specifically for this edition.

2. Product Design
Members can choose their preferred Christmas mood during the membership process. The final jewelry design will be created by Little Bloom Gifts based on the selected mood.

As the piece is handmade, small variations in colour, shape, size and details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product.

3. Pricing
The membership price is $60 USD, including worldwide shipping.

4. Pre-Order & Production
Memberships are accepted before the jewelry is made. Production will take place during November 2026, with orders planned to be dispatched during the first week of December 2026.

5. Shipping
Orders will be shipped from India using India Post’s international postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs and postal services.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because each piece is made specifically for the confirmed Club members, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the package and item. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Customs & Import Charges
Any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
